Xylitol is a substance that naturally occurs in fruits, corn cobs and deciduous trees such as birches. The xylitol we offer is obtained from birch, has 40% less calorific value and 75% less carbohydrates than sucrose. It is used as a substitute for sugar in food products. Xylitol is a product of the Finnish origin.
