Sweetening syrups

Invert sugar syrup

Produced from sucrose, the source of which is sugar beet or sugar cane. The product is often used in the food industry – baking, confectionery and alcohol production. Invert sugar is sweeter than refined sugar, it dissolves better in water and significantly extends the shelf life of the products to which it is added.

Our regular offer includes invert sugar syrup with dry matter of 70% and 79%.

Syrup production according to your needs

We also make invert sugar syrup according to customer guidelines. Our qualified employees will create the appropriate syrup by adjusting the product’s composition, taste and consistency. We have extensive experience in this, as we have been producing syrups for over 30 years.

Glucose-fructose syrup

Syrup is a sweetener produced by enzymatic hydrolysis. The product is used as a sugar substitute, which gives food products a longer-lasting taste and smell, as well as elasticity. The substance is often used in the food, bakery and confectionery industries.
