Natural honeys
Polyfloral honey:
It is the most popular honey in Poland. It is derived from the nectar of many types of flowers, and it has a colour ranging from light cream to dark-tea and a delicate sweet taste. It contains an appropriate amount of elements and enzymes that positively influence metabolism and increase immunity. The polyfloral honey is recommended for colds, allergies and hay fever.

Buckwheat honey:
It is derived from the nectars of buckwheat flowers, dark-tea or brown in colour, having an intense and dark taste. Due to its excellent antibiotic properties, it is recommended for people with iron deficiency, while high magnesium content makes it effective in preventing cancer and treating atherosclerosis. It is also particularly rich in simple sugars, enzymes, organic acids, microelements and essential oils.

Lime tree honey:
It varies in colour from light cream to greenish amber, and features intense aroma and slightly bitter taste. Recommended in colds, coughs, flu symptoms and upper and lower respiratory tract diseases. It has a warming and soothing effect in bronchial and sinus diseases, and is effective in cases of weakness.
